Job summary

Vipany Global Solutions is seeking a Research Analyst to provide sourcing support by identifying prospective candidates and building a robust talent pipeline. The role involves market research and collaboration with recruitment teams to understand requirements for current and future openings.

The candidate will locate candidates through multiple channels, perform resume mining, maintain records, and contribute to reporting and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Market Research / Business Research / Talent Research.
• Any Graduate.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Locate active and passive candidates using sourcing channels (job boards, niche sites, professional/social networks, search engines).
• Conduct resume mining and research; build candidate lists in the Candidate Data Management system.
• Identify resumes, candidate profiles and contact details using Boolean search and data mining techniques.
• Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates via email, messages or other channels.
• Maintain candidate records in the internal Candidate Data Management system.
• Prepare sourcing/competitive information reports.
• Partner with Recruitment teams to understand position requirements and build talent pipelines for current/future openings.
• Establish effective relationships across the company.
• Work on other recruiting support projects as needed.
• Participate in process improvements by identifying enhancements.

The person shall be responsible for providing Sourcing support by identifying prospective candidates and build a robust talent pipeline for both current and future positions and conduct comprehensive market research.

Responsibilities:

• Locate both active and passive candidates by using sourcing channels such as job boards, niche sites, professional and social networking sites/groups, and possible search engines.
• Conduct resume mining and research for the requirements; build candidate lists into Candidate Data Management system.
• Identify both resumes, candidate profiles and contact details by Using Boolean search methodology, and other data mining techniques.
• Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates through, emails, Messages or other communication channels
• Maintain the candidates records in internal Candidate Data Management system
• Research/Reporting - Prepare sourcing/competitive information reports.

• Establish effective working relationships at all levels across the company.
• Working on other recruiting support projects as and when required
