Key Responsibilities -

• Lead and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business hiring goals.
  


• Manage and mentor recruitment teams, ensuring delivery against hiring targets and KPIs.
  


• Partner with senior business leaders and hiring managers to drive workforce planning and hiring decisions.
  


• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for leadership, niche, and high-volume roles.

• Drive process improvements, ATS optimization, and recruitment best practices.
  


• Ensure compliance with hiring policies, employment regulations, and diversity hiring objectives.
  


• Manage recruitment budgets, resource allocation, and overall talent acquisition effectiveness.
  

Requirements:

• 15–18 years of IT recruitment experience with strong critical IT roles.
  


• Deep understanding of technology roles, skills, and market trends
  


• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and team management capabilities
  


• Ability to handle strong critical & niche roles.
  


• Strong capability in identifying and attracting niche and leadership candidates.
  


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  

Good To Have Skills:

• Exposure to recruitment metrics, reporting, and analytics.
