Job summary

Rnrcertification in Bengaluru is seeking a Lead System Engineer to manage Azure Virtual Desktop and Citrix environments, with strong focus on NetScaler, Windows Server, and virtualization platforms. You will handle L3 incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive infrastructure improvements.

The role requires Terraform IaC, PowerShell scripting, and cloud administration expertise, along with mentoring junior teams in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Azure Virtual Desktop and Citrix environments must be managed.
• Experience with NetScaler, Windows Server, and virtualization platforms.
• ITIL processes, SLA & KPI management in IT operations.
• Scripting and automation using PowerShell for infrastructure tasks.
• Terraform-based infrastructure as code and cloud administration.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer Azure Virtual Desktop and Citrix environments.
• Manage L3 incidents, problem management, and root cause analysis.
• Handle NetScaler, Windows Server, and virtualization platforms.
• Monitor infrastructure health and resolve critical issues.
• Implement upgrades, patches, and infrastructure changes.
• Develop and maintain Terraform code and automation solutions.
• Support cloud VDI and published application services.
• Mentor L1/L2 teams and handle escalations.
• Ensure ITIL, SLA, and KPI compliance.
• Create documentation and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
