Job summary

Altimetrik is seeking an experienced Citrix Administrator in Bengaluru to manage and optimize the Citrix environment. You will provide end-user support to Citrix users and Line of Business IT teams, while ensuring system reliability and security.

The role requires 5–10 years of relevant experience, strong PowerShell skills, and the ability to work independently within cross-functional teams. On-site work at Devanahalli near the airport, with 24x7 operations and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Citrix administration.
• Experience with VMware and Dynatrace.
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy Management.
• Cloud infrastructure knowledge in AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Strong networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, switches).
• Daily Citrix environment management and end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the Citrix environment.
• Provide end-user support for Citrix users and IT teams.
• Perform vulnerability management and updates to the environment.
• Develop and use PowerShell scripts for automation.
• Assist with integration of Citrix Cloud and related technologies.

Role & responsibilities

Role: Citrix Admin

Experience :5 to 10 years

• Knowledge of Citrix XenApp XenDesktop, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, StoreFront, Workspace Environment Manager, App Layering, Citrix Provisioning Services, Citrix Machine Creation Services, NetScaler ADC, ADM, Citrix Cloud, ShareFile
• Experience with VMware, Dynatrace
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy Management, DFS
• Experience with Cloud Infrastructure AWS or Azure a plus
• Working Knowledge of IT Networks LAN, WAN, Switches, etc.
• Daily activities include managing and administration of the Citrix environment, end user support for Citrix users and Lines of Business IT teams.
• Vulnerability management and updates to the environment.
• PowerShell scripting a must
• VB Scripting a plus
• SQL database querying a plus
• Able to work independently and as part of multiple other teams
• Able to quickly grasp new concepts and acquire new skills
