Accenture LearnVantage seeks a hands-on Software Prod & Plac Engineer Lead (Associate Manager) in Bengaluru/Gurugram. You design, build, and own backend services end-to-end, applying AI tools (Cursor/Claude) to boost productivity while maintaining high engineering standards.

With 9+ years of experience and a strong CS foundation, you will mentor juniors, ensure test coverage, and drive scalable solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and relational databases.

Qualifications

• Weak overhead: strong backend development with Java/Golang/Node.js/C# and CS fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and relational databases.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests.
• Experience with AI coding tools (Cursor/Claude).
• BE/B.Tech from a top-tier institute is preferred.

Responsibilities

Demonstrable, current use of AI coding tools (Cursor / Claude), ideally extended with custom skills/tools. Experience building systems that scale - high throughput, real complexity.

Good to have: working knowledge of frontend development (React / Angular / HTML).
