LearnVantage (ALV) invites a Software Prod & Platform Engineer Associate Manager to own backend modules end-to-end, deploy AI agents, and apply rigorous engineering judgment to releases. You will steer AI in the right direction and tackle new stacks confidently.

With 9+ years of experience, you bring strong CS fundamentals and hands-on expertise in Java/Golang/Node.js/C#, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and relational databases, plus practical AI tool experience (Cursor/Claude).

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on backend development in Java/Golang/Node.js/C#/related stack.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Proven ability to write unit and integration tests and ship reliable software.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools Cursor/Claude and building AI skills/tools.
• 9+ years of professional software development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own backend services end-to-end.
• Use AI development tools daily and build custom AI skills/tools/agents.
• Uphold high quality through code reviews, testing, and engineering hygiene.
