Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a Software Prod Plat Engineer Associate Manager in Bengaluru/Gurugram. You will own backend services end-to-end, deploying AI agents to accelerate delivery while upholding rigorous engineering practices.

The role requires 9+ years of experience and a strong CS foundation, with expertise in Java/Golang/Node.js/C#. You'll work at the Bengaluru/Gurugram office, focusing on scalable architectures and AI-enabled tooling.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on backend development in Java, Golang, Node.js or C# with strong CS fundamentals.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Proven ability to write unit and integration tests.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Cursor/Claude) and building custom skills/tools.
• Strong problem solving and ability to scale systems with high throughput.

• Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL).
• First-hand experience writing unit and integration tests.
• Demonstrable, current use of AI coding tools (Cursor / Claude), ideally extended with custom skills/tools.
• Experience building systems that scale - high throughput, real complexity.
• Good to have: working knowledge of frontend development (React / Angular / HTML).
