We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, focusing on Agentforce capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, integration, and configuration, along with a solid understanding of business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development:
• Build and customize Salesforce Agentforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
• Develop and maintain Agentforce-specific workflows, automation, and UI components.
• Integration:
• Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Configuration & Customization:
• Configure Salesforce features, including objects, fields, validation rules, approval processes, and security settings.
• Data Management:
• Design and manage data models, write SOQL/SOSL queries, and ensure data integrity.
• Testing & Deployment:
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment using Salesforce DX and version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintenance & Support:
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting issues, and optimize existing Salesforce implementations.

• Certifications (Preferred):
