Job summary

Impression Makers in Bengaluru is seeking a Lead Recruiter with 6+ years of IT recruitment experience, including 1–2 years in a leadership role. You will handle IT/Non-IT/IT-Infra recruitment for multiple roles such as Network Server Engineer and SAP, using recruiting tools effectively and communicating with stakeholders.

The role requires strong KPI analysis, reporting to leadership, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT recruitment experience, including 1–2 years in a lead role.
• MBA/MSW/PDGM in HR/IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with IT/Non-IT/IT-Infra roles (e.g., Network Server Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, Wintel Administrator, 0365 Admin, Software Developer, System Admin, Data Analyst, SOC Analyst, SAP).
• Hands-on experience with recruiting tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
