• Develop and maintain Automation Test Scripts/frameworks.
• Coordinate with Business, Development, and Product teams.
• Track defects and ensure timely closure.
• Ensure quality standards and release readiness.
• Mentor junior QA team members.
• Participate in requirement analysis and effort estimation.

Job description

We are looking for a QA Lead with 4–5 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing to lead quality assurance activities across applications and platforms. The candidate should have strong testing fundamentals, automation exposure, and experience managing end-to-end testing cycles. Experience in BFSI domain is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to BFSI/Fintech/NBFC domain preferred
• Experience in Loan Management Systems, LOS/LMS, Collections, or Digital Lending applications is an added advantage
