Job summary

Team Geek Solutions is seeking an experienced QA Lead to steer a 3-5 member team in delivering robust web applications. You will own end-to-end testing, develop test plans, design cases, execute tests, manage defects, and support user acceptance testing.

The role requires hands-on Java, Selenium and TestNG/JUnit, building automation frameworks from scratch, and integrating with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Maven and Git.

Qualifications

• 7+ years overall QA experience
• 2-2.5 years in Team Lead role
• Strong expertise in Manual Testing concepts and methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit
• Experience in building Automation Framework from scratch
• Good knowledge of API Testing, SQL, Git, Jenkins
• Experience with Defect tracking tools: JIRA, Bugzilla
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
