Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a QA team across multiple projects with a focus on quality.
• Plan, manage, and execute QA activities across concurrent projects.
• Define and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices.
• Perform hands-on manual and automation testing when required.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered tools and automation to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Business Analysis and PM teams throughout SDLC.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on quality.
• Ensure timely execution of test plans, defect tracking, risk assessment and release readiness.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and continuously enhance QA practices.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the QA team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute QA activities across multiple concurrent projects.


• Define and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices.


• Perform hands-on involvement in both Manual and Automation Testing whenever required.


• Drive the adoption of AI-powered tools and automation techniques to enhance QA productivity and test coverage.


• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Business Analysis, and Project Management teams throughout the software development lifecycle.


• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing quality-related concerns.


• Ensure timely execution of test plans, defect tracking, risk assessment, and release readiness.


• Identify process improvement opportunities and continuously enhance QA practices.


• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the QA team.

Requirements
