Job summary

Zetwerk seeks a seasoned Scheduler to lead the planning and scheduling for Oil & Gas projects, steering overall progress and control from start to finish. You will develop Level 1–3 schedules in Primavera P6, create baseline and resource-loaded plans, and coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning teams to ensure execution aligns with contracts.

The role requires analyzing critical path, float, delays, and schedule slippages, performing EVM, and delivering timely

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and progress control for Oil & Gas projects.
• Develop and maintain Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare baseline schedules, resource-loaded schedules, and project execution plans.
• Monitor actual progress against planned progress, milestones, and contractual targets.
• Analyze critical path, near-critical activities, float, delays, and schedule slippages.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Project Controls teams.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, S-curves, and look-ahead schedules.
• Develop and monitor manpower, material, equipment, and productivity plans.
• Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) and analyze SPI, CPI, planned vs. actual progress.
• Identify schedule risks, delays, and potential impacts, and develop recovery plans.
• Prepare and review Extension of Time (EOT), delay analysis, and schedule impact analysis.
