Job summary

Adler Talent Solutions seeks an Executive / Sr. Executive to join our HR Advisory team and administer employee compensation, payroll and compliance for our clients.

You will calculate compensation, update payroll databases, ensure timely payments, and handle sensitive information, with exposure to labour legislation an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll calculation and processing.
• Familiarity with labour legislation is advantageous.
• Ability to handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain personnel files and audit records; calculate compensation for new entrants, confirmations, and settlements.
• Ensure statutory compliance and accounting for PF, ESIC, insurance, gratuity, medical cover.
• Collect attendance records weekly or monthly.
• Calculate bonuses, TDS, leaves, and allowances.
• Prepare monthly payroll using payroll software.
• Schedule bank payments and issue paychecks.
• Distribute payment statements and obtain signed receipts.
• Report payroll expenses.
• Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations.
• Enter new employees' data into internal databases.
• Answer employee queries about compensation, benefits, taxes, and insurance deductions.

Job description

We are looking for an Executive / Sr. Executive to join our HR Advisory team and administer our employee compensation.

Responsibilities include calculating employees compensation, updating our internal payroll databases and ensuring timely payments. To be successful in this role, you should have a flair for numbers and be able to handle sensitive information. If you're also familiar with labour legislation, that's the advantage!

Ultimately, you will help run a smooth and accurate HR Operation process including Attendance, Payroll and compliance for our company and clients.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Maintenance of files, Audit of personal files, working out compensation for new entrants, confirmations and final settlements
• Responsible for Statutory compliance and accounting of PF, ESIC, Insurance policies, Gratuity, Medical cover for the employees, etc
• Collect weekly or monthly attendance records.
• Calculate bonuses, TDS, leaves and allowances
• Prepare employees' compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
• Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees
• Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper)
• Report on payroll expenses
• Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations
• Enter new employees' data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases
• Answer employee queries about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions
