Artech L.L.C. in Hyderabad, Telangana, seeks an experienced HR Operations and Payroll specialist to manage complex India payroll processing, testing, and Workday configurations.

The role involves leading payroll analysis, ensuring accurate configuration, and guiding ongoing payroll initiatives. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in HR/payroll, strong India payroll knowledge, and expertise with ERP tools like Workday, SAP, and ADP Global View.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, Accounting, Payroll, Payroll Tax, or related areas.
• Strong experience in India Payroll.
• Payroll MIS reporting (CTC variance, headcount, pay revision, quality reports).
• New hire onboarding and statutory enrollments.
• Payroll audits and statutory filings.
• Knowledge of Indian tax and labor laws.
• SAP/Global View Payroll Administration experience.
• Experience with ERP tools such as Workday, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, SAP, and ADP Global View.

• Key Responsibilities
• Perform and guide complex payroll analysis, including technical aspects of Workday payroll processing.
• Ensure payroll configuration implementations are tested and approved.
• Interpret Wage & Hour regulations and apply them to payroll processing and system configurations.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship to the team.
• Lead or support implementation of new or revised payroll processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on complex payroll matters.
• Participate in audit walkthroughs and retrieve required artifacts.

• Required Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, Accounting, Payroll, Payroll Tax, or related areas.

• Statutory compliance including Income Tax, PF, PT, ESIC, LWF, NPS, Gratuity, Statutory Bonus, etc.
• Monthly payroll input preparation and payroll output validation.
• Payroll MIS reporting (CTC variance, headcount, pay revision, quality reports).
• New hire onboarding and statutory enrollments.
• Payroll audits and statutory filings.
• Knowledge of Indian tax and labor laws.
• SAP/Global View Payroll Administration experience.
• Experience with ERP tools such as Workday, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, SAP, and ADP Global View.
• Strong communication, analytical, and MS Office skills.
