Job summary

FE fundinfo, a leading financial data provider serving the UK, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, seeks a Senior Payroll Executive for an India payroll role. You will oversee end-to-end monthly payroll operations, collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors, and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursements.

You will drive process improvements via automation and analytics, provide insightful reports to management, and manage statutory compliance including PF/ESI/PT/TDS, audits, and filings

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on payroll experience in a fast-paced or corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of India payroll compliance, taxation, and statutory requirements.
• Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, SAP, Workday, Allsec or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Managing and executing end-to-end monthly payroll operations for India with HR, Finance and external vendors.
• Validating payroll inputs, ensuring timely approvals, and maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Reviewing payroll reports and delivering analytical insights for management decisions.
• Handling statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and supporting audits and filings.
• Preparing payroll journals, reconciliations, full & final settlements, and coordinating salary disbursements.
• Driving process improvements through automation, analytics, and payroll governance practices.

Your key responsibilities as an Senior Payroll Executive will include:

• You will be highly proficient in MS Excel with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
• You will demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to independently manage payroll timelines with accuracy and confidentiality
