We are looking for an experienced professional to manage marketing leads, oversee lead allocation and monitor sales team productivity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Allocate and track incoming marketing leads.
• Monitor lead assignment, follow-ups and TAT.
• Track lead quality, status and pending activities.
• Monitor team productivity and identify delays.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare MIS reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and report to management.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 2–5 years of experience in Lead Management, CRM, Sales Operations or MIS.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Strong analytical, coordination and reporting skills.
• Ability to independently manage processes.

Candidates from ANY INDUSTRY are welcome. Experience in Banking, BPO, Insurance, IT, E-commerce, Telecom, Retail and other operations-driven industries is encouraged.
