Job summary

Maersk is seeking a FinOps Process Expert to manage and optimize financial operations, ensuring accurate invoicing, billing, and AP/AR activities. The role supports month-end closings, reconciliations, and continuous process improvements across stakeholders and vendors.

You will collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Procurement and Customer Experience teams while ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. ERP proficiency and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Experience with end-to-end financial operations incl. billing, invoicing, and payment reconciliation.
• Ability to monitor KPIs, SLAs and resolve backlogs.
• Experience with ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics) and Excel reporting.
