Job summary

Genpact India Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Lead for Lean Digital Transformation to design and drive value-generating agendas using Lean Six Sigma and Digital strategies.

You will initiate and manage Master Black Belt projects, elevating end-to-end processes and delivering measurable business impact for clients. You will build a Culture of Process Excellence and Digital adoption within the team, providing leadership and coaching across Practice, Transitions, IT and related functions.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma (LSS) experience and certifications required.
• Process consulting and project management capability.
• Ability to coach and mentor Black Belts and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Designing, planning and driving value generating agenda on Lean & Digital portfolio.
• Initiating and leading Master Black Belt projects that improve end-to-end processes and drive business impact.
• Builds Process Excellence and Digital culture in the team; provides team leadership.
• Drives standardization and global best practices across functions.
• Conducts Lean, Six Sigma trainings and Mentoring for teams.
• Supports annual goals in Quality function management and ensures MBB certification within 18–30 months.

Job Description

• Designing, planning and driving the value generating agenda on the aligned portfolio using both Lean Six Sigma and Digital
• Initiating and leading value Master Black Belt [MBB] projects that improve end-to-end processes and driving significant business impact for customers;
• Building Process Excellence and Digital culture in the team;
• Providing Team Leadership in the application of Lean & Six Sigma tools, Process Excellence methodology and digital assets
• Driving Standardization and Global Best Practices within the organization by using specialists across Practice, Transitions, IT and other relevant functions.
• Conducting Quality and Digital Awareness, Lean and Green Belt Trainings within the organization.
• Coaching & Mentoring Black Belts and project teams to drive value for customers based on roadmap cooperated with them.
• Executing and supervising the annual goals assigned by the Quality function management
• Fulfilling the requirements and achieving MBB Certification within 18-30 months.
