Genpact seeks a Black Belt - Lean Digital Transformation to lead high impact AI/CI projects. You will mentor teams, drive productivity improvements, and ensure IT services delivery aligned with Genpact standards.

Key focus areas include AI/ML Ops, data analytics, BI, and risk management, with hybrid work in India. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement CI roadmaps and transition stabilizations, championing Lean Six Sigma practices.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master degree in business, analytics, or IT-related fields.
• Certifications in CBAP, ITIL, PRINCE2, PMP are advantageous.
• Strong English language proficiency (C2).
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma and data analytics platforms.

Job Description

• Independently lead the high impact projects needed to deliver on business outcomes
• Drive LSS vibe through Engagement drives & mentoring Leans & GBs
• Identify opportunities to deliver on committed productivity, productivity improvement in accounts through continuous improvement (CI) lever
• Drive stabilization for new transitions - metric identification, measurement system set & reporting set up, CI roadmap design, risk assessment
• Ensure implementation of Project Management standards Software Engineering Practices for IT Services
• Working hand-in-hand with Project Managers and team to institutionalize Genpact way of delivery practices to meet customer expectations
• Good knowledge on Agile/Scrum methodology and able to mentor the project team on same.
• Independently able to perform auditing basis CMMi/ISO standards and improve the adherence
