Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities in operational processes and service delivery models.

• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to guide strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance across global operations.
• Drive transformation programs to enhance customer experience, reduce cost-to-serve, and improve process agility.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and global leadership to align goals with business objectives.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and capability building across delivery teams worldwide.
• Promote innovation by integrating automation, analytics, and emerging technologies into workflows.
