Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Master Black Belt to lead value-generating roadmaps and drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives across Transformation Services, Solutions, and Ops.

You will coach Black Belts, identify bottlenecks, conduct root-cause analysis and deliver measurable improvements through digital solutions and process standardization in a hybrid work setting. This role requires delivering MBB projects within 18-30 months and adapting quickly to a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Commerce, Economics or Finance; MBA and Analytics certificates are a plus.
• Advanced Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (CSSC).

• Collaborate with Transformation Services, Solutions, Transition, Training, Ops and Practice to deliver contractual commitments.

• Develop and mentor Performance Management to align goals and KPI cascades across functions.
• Lead and oversee digital transformation projects and identify opportunities for process optimization.

Job Description

• Crafting, planning and driving the value generating roadmaps on the aligned account
• Working with Transformation Services, Solutions, Transition, Training, Ops and Practice to understand and deliver contractual commitments, deal books and customer priorities;
• Working with Ops leads, Vertical Leads and customers to craft, implement and drive Value Generating [VG] roadmaps and/or Transformation Roadmaps (Digital and Analytics Included);
• Initiating and leading benefit Master Black Belt [MBB] projects that improve end-to-end processes and drives significant business impact for customers;
• Working closely with Operation and Functional Teams to identify process bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements & digital solutions across the business or organization;
• Building Process Perfection culture in the team;
• Providing Team Leadership in the application of Lean & Six Sigma tools and Process Excellence methodology;
• Driving Standardization and Global Best Practices within the organization by using specialists across Practice, Transitions, IT and other relevant functions;
• Motivating organizational change within Operations and customer organization;
• Coaching & Mentoring Black Belts and project teams to drive value for customers based on the roadmap cooperated with them;
• Design, implement and mentor Performance Management to enable employees and teams understanding of the goals and to identify how individual and team outputs delivers to the achievement of the function objectives; specifically through handling the performance cycle to ensure operational alignment and intra-Complex cascading of function goals and Key Performance Indicators across the vertical
• Fulfilling the requirements and achieving MBB Certification within 18-30 months;
• Take over increased responsibilities within the described activities above;
• Training other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever vital and requested by the manager;
• Complete any other job-related tasks assigned by the Quality function management;
• Building strategic relationship skills experience with peers from TS, Consulting, Solutions, Transitions, operations and with operating leaders to facilitate goals and objectives;
• Clarifying the roles and appoints responsibilities of each member of the team
• Challenging the team to develop as leader
• Lead and oversee digital transformation projects;
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization;
• Develop and implement Lean Six Sigma strategies and methodologies;
• Train and coach team members in Lean principles;
• Conduct data analysis to identify root causes of inefficiencies;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change initiatives;
• Monitor and evaluate project outcomes to ensure goals are met;
• Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership;
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
