Job summary

Genpact seeks a Lead in Lean Digital Transformation to design and drive value generation using Lean Six Sigma and digital tools. You will initiate and lead MBB projects, coach Black Belts, and build a culture of process excellence across the team in a hybrid setup in India.

The role emphasizes standardization, global best practices, and delivering measurable business impact while pursuing MBB certification within 18–30 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in commerce, economics, or finance; MBA is a plus.
• Advanced Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• English proficiency required (C2).

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and drive value-generating agenda on the aligned portfolio using Lean Six Sigma and Digital.
• Initiate and lead Master Black Belt projects that improve end-to-end processes and drive business impact.
• Build Process Excellence and Digital culture in the team.
• Provide team leadership in applying Lean & Six Sigma and digital assets.
• Drive standardization and global best practices across Practice, Transitions, IT and other functions.
• Conduct Quality and Digital Awareness, Lean and Green Belt trainings within the organization.
• Coach and mentor Black Belts and project teams to deliver customer value on the roadmap.
• Execute and supervise annual goals assigned by Quality function management.
• Fulfill requirements and achieve MBB Certification within 18-30 months.
