Job summary

The House of Abhinandan Lodha seeks an experienced IT leader to shape enterprise technology strategy, security and service delivery across multiple sites and large-scale environments. You will drive cybersecurity, IAM, network security and infrastructure initiatives, while guiding SOC operations, incident response and governance.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and operations, with certifications and hands-on cloud, network architecture, and ITIL expertise.

Responsibilities

• Drive Cybersecurity and Information Security Management across the enterprise.
• Lead IT Infrastructure Management including on‑prem and cloud.
• Oversee Network Infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewalls).
• Ensure ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, ITIL compliance.
• Oversee IT Operations, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity.
• Lead IT Service Delivery for 700+ users across sites.
• Manage vendors, SLAs, and IT projects & digital transformation.

Role Summary

Looking for an experienced IT leader with expertise in Cybersecurity, IT Operations Management IT Infrastructure, and Network Security, to drive enterprise-wide technology strategy, security, and service delivery across multiple sites & large-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities (ATS-Optimized Keywords Embedded)

• Drive Cybersecurity & Information Security Management including:
• SIEM, SOC Operations, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence
• Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, Endpoint Security
• Identity & Access Management (IAM), Active Directory, Access Governance
• Lead IT Infrastructure Management (Local server, Cloud Computing AWS/Azure, Virtualization, Servers, Storage)
• Manage Network Infrastructure (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls, Routing, Switching, Wi-Fi)
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, ITIL frameworks

Requirements
