Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT infrastructure, network and cybersecurity experience.
• Strong experience in enterprise IT operations and large team management.
• Proven expertise in security frameworks, cloud platforms and network architecture.
• Certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CCNP, ITIL, Cloud (AWS/Azure)

Responsibilities

• Drive Cybersecurity and Information Security Management including SIEM, SOC operations, incident response, and threat intelligence.
• Lead Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, and Endpoint Security.
• Oversee IAM, Active Directory, and Access Governance.
• Manage IT Infrastructure including local servers, cloud (AWS/Azure), virtualization, servers, and storage.
• Administer Network Infrastructure (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls, routing, switching, Wi-Fi).
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, and ITIL.
• Oversee IT Operations, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity Planning.
• Manage IT Asset Lifecycle and User Access Provisioning.
• Lead large-scale teams and IT service delivery for 700+ users across sites.
• Handle Vendor and SLA management, IT projects, and digital transformation.
• Drive Automation, Monitoring Tools (Splunk, SolarWinds) and performance optimization.
