Job summary

The House of Abhinandan Lodha seeks an experienced IT leader with deep expertise in Cybersecurity, IT Operations Management, IT Infrastructure and Network Security to drive enterprise-wide technology strategy and secure service delivery across multiple sites.

You will oversee security programs, IAM, SOC operations, cloud and on-prem infrastructure, ITIL-aligned processes, and large teams, ensuring ISO27001, NIST and PCI-DSS compliance while enabling digital transformation for 700+ users.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT Infrastructure, Network & Cybersecurity.
• Proven enterprise IT operations experience with large teams.
• Expertise in security frameworks, cloud platforms & network architecture.
• Certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CCNP, ITIL, Cloud (AWS/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise IT security program & information security management.
• Oversee IT infrastructure management across on-prem & cloud environments.
• Lead large teams and IT service delivery for 700+ users at multiple sites.
• Drive vendor management, SLAs and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS & ITIL.

Role Summary

Looking for an experienced IT leader with expertise in Cybersecurity, IT Operations Management IT Infrastructure, and Network Security, to drive enterprise-wide technology strategy, security, and service delivery across multiple sites & large-scale environments.

• Drive Cybersecurity & Information Security Management including:
• SIEM, SOC Operations, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence
• Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, Endpoint Security
• Identity & Access Management (IAM), Active Directory, Access Governance
• Lead IT Infrastructure Management (Local server, Cloud Computing AWS/Azure, Virtualization, Servers, Storage)
• Manage Network Infrastructure (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls, Routing, Switching, Wi-Fi)
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, ITIL frameworks
