Job summary

The House of Abhinandan Lodha seeks an experienced IT leader specializing in Cybersecurity, IT Operations Management, IT Infrastructure and Network Security to shape enterprise technology strategy across multiple sites.

You will drive information security, IT operations delivery, and robust infrastructure programs with a focus on ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS and ITIL-aligned processes for 700+ users across large-scale environments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT Infrastructure, Network & Cybersecurity.
• Experience in enterprise IT operations & large team management.
• Proven expertise in security frameworks, cloud platforms & network architecture.

Responsibilities

• Drive Cybersecurity & Information Security Management including SIEM, SOC Operations, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence.
• Lead IT Infrastructure Management (Local server, Cloud, Virtualization, Storage).
• Manage Network Infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewalls, Routing, Switching, Wi-Fi).
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, ITIL frameworks.
• Oversee IT Operations, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity Planning.
• Manage IT Asset Lifecycle Management & User Access Provisioning.
• Lead large-scale teams and IT Service Delivery for 700+ users at various sites.
• Handle Vendor Management, SLA Management, IT Projects & Digital Transformation.
• Drive Automation, Monitoring Tools (Splunk, SolarWinds) & Performance Optimization.
