Job summary

The House of Abhinandan Lodha is seeking an experienced IT leader to drive enterprise-wide technology strategy, security, and service delivery across multiple sites. The role focuses on Cybersecurity, IT Operations Management, IT Infrastructure, and Network Security with emphasis on security frameworks and cloud architectures.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years in IT Infrastructure, strong experience in enterprise operations, and certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNP, and ITIL.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT Infrastructure, Network & Cybersecurity
• Strong experience in enterprise IT operations & large team management
• Proven expertise in security frameworks, cloud platforms & network architecture
• Certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CCNP, ITIL, Cloud (AWS/Azure)

Responsibilities

• Drive Cybersecurity & Information Security Management including SIEM, SOC Operations, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence
• Lead IT Infrastructure Management (Local server, Cloud AWS/Azure, Virtualization, Servers, Storage)
• Manage Network Infrastructure (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls, Routing, Switching, Wi‑Fi)
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, ITIL frameworks
• Oversee IT Operations, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity Planning
• Manage IT Asset Lifecycle Management & User Access Provisioning
• Lead large-scale teams and IT Service Delivery for 700+ users at various sites
• Handle Vendor Management, SLA Management, IT Projects & Digital Transformation
• Drive Automation, Monitoring Tools (Splunk, SolarWinds, etc.) & Performance Optimization
