Job summary

The House of Abhinandan Lodha is seeking an experienced IT leader to drive enterprise-wide technology strategy, security, and service delivery across multiple sites and large-scale environments. You will shape cybersecurity and IT operations at a global level, aligning security posture with business goals.

Responsibilities include managing IT infrastructure, network architecture, and compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, ITIL frameworks, while guiding large teams and delivering IT services

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT Infrastructure, Network & Cybersecurity.
• Strong experience in enterprise IT operations & large team management.
• Proven expertise in security frameworks, cloud platforms & network architecture.
• Certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CCNP, ITIL, Cloud (AWS/Azure)

Responsibilities

• Oversee cybersecurity & information security management across enterprise.
• Lead IT infrastructure management including local and cloud, virtualization, servers, storage.
• Manage network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, routing, switching, Wi-Fi).
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, ITIL frameworks.
• Oversee IT Operations, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Lead IT service delivery for 700+ users across multiple sites.
• Drive automation and monitoring with tools like Splunk and SolarWinds.

Looking for an experienced IT leader with expertise in Cybersecurity, IT Operations Management IT Infrastructure, and Network Security, to drive enterprise-wide technology strategy, security, and service delivery across multiple sites & large-scale environments.

• Drive Cybersecurity & Information Security Management including:
• SIEM, SOC Operations, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence
• Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, Endpoint Security
