Job summary

The House of Abhinandan Lodha seeks an experienced IT leader to shape enterprise technology strategy across multiple sites, focusing on cybersecurity, IT operations management, IT infrastructure, and network security.

You will oversee SIEM, IAM, AD, vulnerability management, incident response, DR/BCP, and vendor relations, guiding large teams to deliver secure, resilient IT services for a 700+ user environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT Infrastructure, Network & Cybersecurity.
• Experience in enterprise IT operations & large team management.
• Proven expertise in security frameworks, cloud platforms & network architecture.

Responsibilities

• Drive Cybersecurity & Information Security Management including SIEM, SOC Operations, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence.
• Lead IT Infrastructure Management (Local server, Cloud AWS/Azure, Virtualization, Servers, Storage).
• Manage Network Infrastructure (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls, Routing, Switching, Wi‑Fi).
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, ITIL frameworks.
• Oversee IT Operations, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity Planning.
• Manage IT Asset Lifecycle Management & User Access Provisioning.
• Lead large-scale teams and IT Service Delivery for 700+ users at various sites.
• Handle Vendor Management, SLA Management, IT Projects & Digital Transformation.
