Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, customize, integrate, and maintain ServiceNow solutions with a focus on IAM, ITSM, HAM and Employee Center.

You will implement workflows, catalog items, UI policies and scripts, work in Agile teams, and ensure platform security, stability, and performance across all UST locations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Mandatory experience in IAM, ITSM, HAM, and Employee Center.
• Strong JavaScript and Glide API skills.
• Experience with Flow Designer, UI Builder, Service Portal/Employee Center, and CMDB.
• Good understanding of asset lifecycle management and data modeling.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions across IAM, ITSM, HAM, and Employee Center.
• Configure Catalog Items, Workflows, Flow Designer, approvals, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
• Implement IAM workflows, access management, role/group management, and identity lifecycle automation.
• Support and customize Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and SLA processes.
• Manage Hardware Asset Management lifecycle, asset models, stockrooms, and CMDB relationships.
• Configure Employee Center, UI Builder, portals, widgets, knowledge, search, and personalization.
• Manage ACLs, roles, update sets, notifications, data policies, and deployments.
• Perform troubleshooting, code reviews, testing, UAT support, and root‑cause analysis.
