Job summary

UST is seeking a Salesforce Tester/QA Engineer to join a dynamic India-based delivery team. The role requires 5+ years of Salesforce testing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, with hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, Flows, and API testing using Postman.

You will perform Functional, System, Integration, and UAT testing, ensure data validity with SOQL/SQL, and manage defects in Jira or Azure DevOps within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce testing experience.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Apex, LWC, Flows and Process Automation.
• Experience with API testing using Postman and SOQL/SQL/Data Validation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and create test strategies and test cases.
• Perform Functional, System, Integration, Regression, Smoke, and UAT testing.
• Validate Salesforce customizations including Apex, LWC, Flows, and automations.
• Test Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud functionalities.
• Manage defects using Jira or Azure DevOps and collaborate with teams for quality delivery.
