Job summary

Heptarc is seeking a skilled Salesforce Tester with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The role focuses on ensuring the quality and functionality of Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and integrations across multiple locations in India.

The candidate will conduct end-to-end testing, develop test plans, and validate configurations, while collaborating with developers and stakeholders to maintain high QA standards. Hybrid work model with Bangalore/Hyderabad/Mumbai/Kolkata postings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Salesforce testing experience.
• Hands-on with Salesforce Lightning and LWC.
• Experience with Selenium or Provar test tools.
• Familiar with Agile and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications, including Salesforce Lightning, LWC, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure test coverage and resolve issues.

• Document and report bugs, issues, and test results using tools like JIRA or similar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications, including Salesforce Lightning, LWC, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and data validation.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data loader and testing APIs.
• Good understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce Administrator Certification or similar.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks for Salesforce.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for testing Salesforce environments.
• Familiarity with testing cloud-based CRM solutions and Salesforce integrations.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
