Infosys Hyderabad is seeking an experienced QA/Testing professional with 5-10 years in Salesforce testing to join our team.

You will analyze requirements, design test cases, and validate Salesforce modules like Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, along with Apex/Lightning components. The role emphasizes collaboration in Agile ceremonies and adherence to best practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of testing experience in Salesforce or CRM domains.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Experience with test management tools and API testing.
• Experience in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and create test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Perform functional, regression, system, integration, and UAT testing.
• Test Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
• Validate Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
• Verify workflows, process builder, and flows.
• Execute API testing and integration validation (REST/SOAP).
• Identify, log, track, and manage defects using JIRA, Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Perform data validation and ETL testing (if applicable).
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
