Job summary

ADV TECHMINDS in Hyderabad, India, seeks an experienced QA professional to lead testing for Salesforce-focused projects. The role demands hands-on test planning, execution, and reporting across end-to-end Salesforce processes.

You will coordinate with global developers and drive API/integration tests with third-party systems, while delivering automation and robust defect management. Applicants should have 7+ years of relevant experience, strong CPQ knowledge, and excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience.
• CPQ knowledge is mandatory.
• Salesforce Service Cloud experience is desirable.
• Hands-on smoke testing and functionality testing.
• End-to-End testing of Salesforce processes with test planning and case development.
• Experience with integration testing or API testing with 3rd party systems from Salesforce (Mandatory).
• Defect tracking using JIRA or similar tools.
• Automation testing and scripting knowledge.
• Good communication to interact with developers and team leads outside India.
• Flexibility to work in the evening for overlapping hours.
• Coordinate with project team, report bugs, and track to closure.
• Participation in standups and reviews; timely delivery of tests and releases.
• Basic understanding of test automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute test planning, test case development, and manual testing for Salesforce applications.
• Perform end-to-end Salesforce process testing including regression, sanity, and integration tests.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and track defects to closure.
• Engage in team standups, product reviews, and weekly meetings.
• Conduct smoke and functionality tests; assist in test automation efforts as needed.

• Hands-on on smoke testing, functionality testing
• Good hands-on experience in integration testing or API testing with 3rd Party Systems from Salesforce (Mandatory)
• End to End Testing of the Salesforce Process, test planning, test case development, manual testing for Salesforce applications
• Coordinate with project team, complete testing on time, report bugs and track them to closure.
• Take part in team standups, product review meetings, weekly meetings.
• Timely delivery of test cases and conduct required tests (regression/sanity, smoke, integration) and release builds on time.
• Effective reporting of work and reports.
