Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced Salesforce QA/Test Engineer in Hyderabad to design and execute comprehensive test plans for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will validate Apex, triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning components while ensuring data integrity and API integrations.

Ideal candidates have 4–10 years of hands-on testing experience with strong knowledge of Salesforce, ETL data validation, and testing tools.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning UI).
• Experience with Apex, SOQL and Salesforce data validation.
• Knowledge of test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, ALM).
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI).
• Strong SQL/data validation skills and ETL testing exposure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design test scenarios, cases, and data.
• Perform functional, regression, system, integration, and UAT testing.
• Test Salesforce modules like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
• Validate Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
• Verify workflows, process builder, and flows; execute API testing (REST/SOAP).
• Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA/Azure DevOps; collaborate with stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to testing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and create test scenarios, test cases, and test data
• Perform functional, regression, system, integration, and UAT testing
• Test Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
• Validate custom Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components
• Verify workflows, process builder, and flows
• Execute API testing and integration validation (REST/SOAP)
• Identify, log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
• Perform data validation and ETL testing (if applicable)
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices
