Job summary

Infosys Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Salesforce QA/Test Engineer to validate Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You will design test cases, execute a range of tests, and ensure data validation and ETL readiness. Collaboration with developers and business analysts is essential in an Agile setup.

Strong automation exposure (Selenium/Provar) and familiarity with CI/CD tools will be valued. Salesforce certification is a plus and a background in CRM domain is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Salesforce certifications are preferred (Administrator / Platform App Builder / QA-focused tools like Provar).
• Experience testing Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning UI.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and create test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Perform functional, regression, system, integration, and UAT testing.
• Test Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
• Validate Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
• Verify workflows, process builder, and flows.
• Execute API testing and integration validation (REST/SOAP).
• Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA, Azure DevOps; collaborate with developers and analysts.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
• Perform data validation and ETL testing (if applicable)
