Job summary

Yes Bank Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking an experienced HR Analytics Lead to manage a analytics team and deliver insights on headcount, attrition, and talent metrics using Power BI and Excel. The role requires 7-10 years of experience and strong data interpretation.

You will design end-to-end dashboards, mentor juniors, and partner with HR leaders to drive data-backed decisions, with emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory reporting readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an analytics team in HR or similar domain.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
• Knowledge of R or Python scripting.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle complex HR data.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with large HR datasets and multiple source systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of HR analytics frameworks covering headcount, attrition, talent acquisition metrics, diversity etc.
• Convert complex HR data into clear insights, dashboards, and executive-ready narratives for senior leadership
• Identify workforce risks and opportunities and recommend data-backed interventions
• Own end-to-end design, and execution of all dashboards and ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting using Power BI or other similar tools
• Work closely with HR leaders and HR folks to understand data requirement and deliver appropriate insights
• Develop advanced excel models to perform data analysis and support HR initiatives
• Handle audit queries, Ad Hoc request from leaders, and prepare data for regulatory reporting
• Review all year end reporting that is required for annual report of the organization
• Apply statistical techniques to identify drivers of attrition and build predictive model
• Mentor and guide team members to build analytical capability within the team
• Review outputs for quality, accuracy and effectiveness
