Job summary

Flexing It is seeking a Consultant - HR Data Scientist in Mumbai to bridge complex data systems with HR strategy. You will consolidate Darwinbox HR data and local Excel data, develop predictive models for attrition, recruitment, and workforce planning, and deliver executive dashboards.

The role emphasizes data governance, privacy compliance, and translating analytics into actionable business insights for leadership. This is a 6-month, full-time engagement in Mumbai.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ML models to identify employee flight risks and signal intervention points.

• Develop models for workforce planning, comp benchmarking, and ROI of learning initiatives.
• Partner with IT to map and consolidate HR data pipelines and integrate Darwinbox with spreadsheets.
• Own HR Data Repository with governance and privacy compliance.
• Build and scale interactive HR dashboards for executives and HRBPs.
• Translate statistical findings into clear business narratives for stakeholders.

Our client, a leading consumer appliances and lighting solutions company,is looking for a Consultant - HR Data Scientistwho will bridge the gap between complex data systems and HR strategy. You will collaborate closely with our internal IT department to unify data residing in our Core HRMS (Darwinbox) and localized Excel ecosystems.

• Design and implement machine learning models to identify employee flight risks (attrition) and proactively signal intervention points.
• Analyze recruitment funnels to uncover bottlenecks, optimize time-to-hire, and predict offer-acceptance probabilities.
• Develop statistical models for workforce planning, compensation benchmarking, talent management, and evaluating the ROI of learning & development initiatives.
• Partner with the internal IT team to map, clean, and consolidate disparate HR data pipelines (connecting Darwinbox APIs with localized spreadsheet data).
• Act as the functional owner of the HR Data Repository, ensuring data governance, data security, and privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR/local data acts).
• Build, maintain, and scale interactive HR dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau for executive leadership and HR Business Partners (HRBPs).
• Translate complex statistical outcomes into plain, commercial language to present compelling data narratives to stakeholders.
