Job summary

ACG Capsules in Shirwal seeks a Lead – Human Resources to plan and execute developmental and engagement initiatives, aligning learning with the organisation’s strategy. You will drive engagement calendars, coordinate surveys, and translate outcomes into action plans with department heads.

You will manage HR operations, updates to records, payroll support, letters, and salary data sharing with the Compex team, while ensuring safety and compliance across ISO and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of yearly Engagement calendar and execution of calendar as per plan
• Execution of Associate Engagement Survey
• Cascading of Engagement Survey Outcome & prepare the subsequent action plan in collaboration with respective functional/departmental heads
• Maintain connect with associates through role specific critical touchpoints
• Ensure implementation of HR and PULSE Connect Sessions as per plan
• Driving R&R Systems as per ACG R&R framework
• Updating & maintaining associates data on the online platform/system
• Support associates on attendance, payroll and leave related queries
• Issuance of confirmation letters as per timelines
• Sharing salary input file with Compex team on monthly basis
• Effective maintenance of scorecards & trackers - Maintain various trackers on weekly / monthly basis. as per Plant/Corporate/Central requirements.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines/ Environment Management System - ISO14001-2015 / Occupational Health and Safety - ISO45001-2018, c-GMP, regulatory & statutory compliances, TPM and other applicable norms.
