Job summary

PeopleStrong leads a Site Finishing role focused on planning, supervising, and delivering all architectural finishing works on site, including plastering, tiling, painting, flooring, cladding, joinery and ceilings. The candidate will interpret drawings, coordinate with civil, MEP and QA/QC teams, and ensure quality and on-time execution.

The incumbent will supervise contractors, allocate work fronts, and ensure availability of drawings and materials through design and procurement teams,

Qualifications

• Graduate in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Architecture (BArch).
• Role requires leadership in finishing works on site and coordination with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the execution of all finishing works including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, cladding, joinery, and ceiling installations
• Interpret and implement architectural drawings and finishing specifications accurately on site.
• Coordinate with civil, MEP, and QA/QC teams to ensure smooth interfaces and conflict-free execution.
• Supervise contractor activities, allocate work fronts, and ensure productivity and workmanship meet required standards.
• Ensure timely availability of approved drawings, materials, tools, and mock-ups through coordination with design and procurement teams.

Job Description

The Lead – Finishing – Site is responsible for planning, supervising, and delivering all finishing activities at the site, including internal and external architectural finishes. This role ensures timely completion of high-quality finishes such as plastering, flooring, tiling, cladding, joinery, painting, and false ceilings in line with approved drawings, specifications, and client expectations. The incumbent works closely with project, design, MEP, procurement, and QA/QC teams to ensure integration and alignment of finishing activities with the overall project schedule and quality objectives.
