Job summary

PeopleStrong in India is seeking a Project Lead – Finishing to oversee end-to-end planning, management, and execution of finishing works across large-scale construction sites. You will ensure interior and exterior finishes meet design specs, quality benchmarks, and project timelines.

You will lead a multidisciplinary site team, coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, review shop drawings and mock-ups, and drive timely project handovers to maximize client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Civil Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete execution of finishing works including plastering, tiling, painting, false ceilings, flooring, joinery, cladding, and façade treatments at site.
• Develop detailed work plans and schedules for finishing activities in coordination with planning and execution teams.
• Ensure alignment of finishing activities with architectural and interior design specifications and client expectations.
• Oversee deployment of resources including manpower, subcontractors, and materials to ensure productivity and timely completion.
• Coordinate with civil, MEP, design, QA/QC, and procurement teams for seamless interface execution and issue resolution.
• Review shop drawings, mock-ups, and sample approvals in collaboration with consultants and clients.
