Qualifications

• 13+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale software products on schedule and within scope.
• Strong architectural background with deep knowledge of cloud-native, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing, inclusive teams and mentor senior engineers.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary Agile teams across geographies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven decision-making mindset.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
