Training Basket is seeking an experienced engineering leader to guide a software team through planning, development, testing, and deployment of scalable applications. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements, ensure code quality, and drive best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years of software development experience, with 2–4 years in leadership.
• Experience with software architecture, system design, and microservices.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with databases, REST APIs, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software engineering best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
