Job summary

IPI Technolab is seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to shape engineering strategy, drive delivery across multiple products, and lead diverse teams in India. The role requires a strong technical foundation, people leadership, architecture oversight, and close collaboration with Product, Design, Security, DevOps, and business units.

The ideal candidate will own engineering quality, scalability, and modernization initiatives while promoting best practices and measurable KPIs.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in engineering leadership/management roles.
• Strong background in software architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience managing multiple engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, security, scalability, and observability.
