Job summary

Good co India is seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to shape and execute our technical strategy for large-scale systems. You will lead multiple engineering teams, mentor managers, and own delivery quality, scalability, reliability, and architectural excellence.

You will establish standards, drive CI/CD, DevOps, observability, and cloud-native practices while partnering with Product, Design, Security, and Business teams to deliver impact. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–13 years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in engineering leadership/management roles preferred.
• Strong background in software architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience managing multiple engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, security, scalability, and observability.
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
• Experience hiring and developing senior technical talent.

Responsibilities
