Job summary

Guardian Life is seeking a SailPoint IIQ Developer with 6–8 years of IAM experience to support the development, automation, and integration of identity governance solutions. The role involves building IIQ components, configuring lifecycle and RBAC, and integrating with AD/Azure AD, HR systems, ServiceNow, and databases.

Key activities include automated provisioning, SoD and access reviews, and production support.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ development.
• Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML/JSON and REST APIs.
• Experience with automation scripting and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts: RBAC, JML, provisioning, certifications.
• SQL knowledge (Oracle/SQL Server).
• Exposure to Okta or Microsoft Entra ID, Terraform/Ansible, Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.

Responsibilities
