Job summary

JUARA IT SOLUTIONS in Chennai is seeking a SailPoint Engineer with 4–8 years of IAM experience to design, implement, and support SailPoint IIQ and/or ISC solutions. You will configure lifecycle management, provisioning, and access governance, and build connectors to AD, LDAP, Azure AD, SAP, and databases.

You will also develop workflows, remediation policies, and reports, while collaborating with infra, security, and application teams to ensure secure IAM across on-prem and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in IAM.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• Experience implementing user lifecycle management, provisioning, and access governance.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), identity governance, access certification, provisioning, and integration with enterprise applications. You will be responsible for implementing, managing, and enhancing identity lifecycle and access governance solutions to strengthen organizational security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions.
• Configure identity lifecycle management, user provisioning, de-provisioning, role management, and access governance.
• Develop and maintain connectors for Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, SAP, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Build and customize workflows, lifecycle events, approval processes, and provisioning policies.
• Configure access certification campaigns, segregation of duties (SoD), and compliance reporting.
• Develop custom rules, plugins, forms, reports, and business processes using SailPoint best practices.
• Troubleshoot identity synchronization, provisioning failures, and connector issues.
• Integrate SailPoint with HR systems, cloud applications, and on-premises enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to implement IAM solutions.
• Perform upgrades, patches, performance tuning, and system maintenance.
• Participate in security audits and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.

Required Qualifications

• Experience implementing user lifecycle management, provisioning, and access governance solutions.
• Good understanding of authentication, authorization, federation, and identity protocols.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications and directories with SailPoint.
• Knowledge of IAM best practices, compliance, and security frameworks.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
