Job summary

Valuelabs is seeking a motivated Junior Software Developer with hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) experience to support the design, development, configuration, testing, and maintenance of identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions. The role requires strong technical aptitude and collaboration within an agile IAM environment.

You will work on Application Onboarding, Connectors, Aggregations, Roles, Certifications, and Workflows, with exposure to Identity Security Cloud

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) development.
• Strong experience with Application Onboarding, Connectors, Aggregations, Identity Mappings, Roles, Certifications, Workflows, Policies, and Provisioning/Deprovisioning.
• Hands-on experience in Java and BeanShell Rule Development.
• Good understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management (JML), RBAC, Access Certifications, and Identity Governance concepts.
• Experience integrating SailPoint with AD/LDAP, Databases, HR Systems, REST APIs, and Web Services.
• Basic exposure to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow) is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills with exposure to SDLC, Agile, Git, XML, JSON, and SQL.

• Support design, development, configuration, testing, and maintenance of IGA solutions.
• Collaborate with teammates to implement SailPoint integration with various systems.
• Document configurations, workflows, and provisioning rules.
