Job summary

Sonyo Management Consultants in Bangalore seeks an experienced SailPoint IIQ/IdentityNow Architect to lead IAM initiatives across complex environments. You will design, implement and optimize SailPoint-based solutions, building connectors, workflows and REST integrations to streamline onboarding and governance.

The role requires 11+ years of domain experience with SailPoint, strong collaboration with stakeholders, and hands-on expertise in provisioning, RBAC, policy enforcement and IAM

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow experience.
• Proficiency in provisioning, certification, RBAC and policy enforcement.
• Experience with connectors, workflows and rules (Java/BeanShell).
• REST API integrations with enterprise systems; IAM/IGA concepts understood.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IIQ/ISC.
• Develop connectors, workflows, rules, forms and integrations.
• Build and integrate REST APIs for application onboarding.
• Install, configure, upgrade and patch SailPoint solutions.
• Manage provisioning, de-provisioning and access governance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define IAM requirements.
• Conduct testing, documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Support IAM operations and steady-state maintenance.

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilledSailPoint IIQ Architectto join the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The role involves providing technical expertise acrossSailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or IdentityNow (ISC)modules, including provisioning, access certifications, role management, and policy enforcement within a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IIQ/ISC
• Develop and customizeconnectors, workflows, rules (Java/BeanShell), forms, and integrations
• Build and integrateREST APIsfor application onboarding
• Performinstallation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and deploymentsof SailPoint solutions
• Manage identity lifecycle processes includingprovisioning, de-provisioning, and access governance
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define IAM requirements and solutions
• Perform testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities
• Support application maintenance, enhancements, and IAM operations

Technical Skills & Requirements

• Minimum7+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow
• Strong experience in:
  • Provisioning, certification, RBAC, policy enforcement
  • Connector development and application onboarding
  • Workflow and rule development (Java/BeanShell)
• Experience withREST API integrationsand enterprise systems
• Good understanding ofIAM/IGA concepts(RBAC, SOD, lifecycle management)
• Knowledge ofLinux/Unix environments
• Experience withdatabases(Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
• Exposure to scripting/coding (JavaScript, XML, Perl, etc.)

Soft Skills

• Ability to troubleshoot and take independent technical decisions

• Experience in preparing technical documentation

Preferred Skills

• Experience in complex enterprise IAM implementations
